The program lasts three years (six semesters), comprises 180 ECTS credits, is structured according to the rules of the Bologna Process and is internationally comparable with programs in Slovenia and the European Union. Completion of the program is conditional on the completion of all program requirements and the writing and successful defense of a diploma thesis.
Upon successful completion of your studies, you will become a Bachelor of Economics. The Bachelor's degree in Business Studies at the Faculty of Law and Business offers the possibility to continue your studies in domestic and international postgraduate programs within the framework of the Bologna Charter.
The program is internationally comparable and covers the core learning competencies of the modern decision maker, with an emphasis on
- ethics in decision-making,
- public speaking,
- independent and team work,
- proficiency in Business English,
- the use of business support and marketing tools,
- the use of basic empirical skills, and
- understanding of fundamental legal norms.
Students have access to a wide range of common elective courses and a variety of opportunities to participate in international exchanges (ERASMUS+). The Faculty's teaching process is supported by a specialized library in the fields of business, economics and finance, law, philosophy and ethics.
