Program Description

The programme lasts two years (four semesters) and consists of 120 ECTS credits. The programme is structured according to the rules of the Bologna Process and is internationally comparable with programmes in Slovenia and the European Union. Completion of the programme is conditional on the completion of all the programme requirements, and on the writing and successful defence of a master's thesis.

The title obtained upon successful completion of the programme is Master of Business Administration. The Master of Business Studies is a follow-up to the Bachelor's degree programme and provides a better starting point for Master's students to start their professional career or to continue their studies at the doctoral level.

The Master of Business Administration degree also allows you to continue your postgraduate studies with a PhD, which we run in collaboration with the Doctorate School of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.

The programme is internationally comparable and covers the core learning competences of the modern decision maker, with a focus on
- ethics in decision-making,
- public speaking,
- independent and team work,
- in-depth knowledge of business English,
- the use of modern tools to support business and marketing,
- in-depth use of fundamental empirical skills and
- a thorough understanding of legal norms.

Students have access to a wide range of common elective courses and a variety of opportunities to participate in international exchanges (ERASMUS+). The Faculty's teaching process is supported by a specialised library in the fields of business, economics and finance, law, philosophy and ethics.
