Štrus, Dušan
Dušan Štrus was born in Ljubljana in 1979. He was awarded a PhD in 2007. His knowledge, experience, pedagogical and research work is related to Constitutional Law, especially to the Parliamentary Law. In 2011 he published the book titled “Second Chamber of Parliament” with comparative analysis of compositions and competences of upper houses in Europe and world-wide. He is Secretary General of the National Council from 2017.
He is author or editor of more than twenty publications and monographs at the areas of Constitutional Law, Parliamentary Law and Electoral Law. Some of them are translated into foreign languages
