Robnik, Lidija
Assist. prof. Lidija Robnik explores the role and importance of venture capital in financing and development - innovative companies. She conducts seminars, schools and workshops in the field of finance, accounting and tax in Slovenia for the private and public sectors, where she relates theory to practice. She cooperates with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in the field of education and counseling for their members. She was employed at Mariborska livarna Maribor d. o. o , where she held the position of Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1991, from 1991 to 1996 she was the Head of Financial Accounting at Armal d.o.o. From 1996 to 1997 she was employed in Probanka, d. d. Maribor as Assistant to the Director of the Directorate of Global Finance. From 1997 to 2003 she was employed in the Cestno podjetje Maribor, a road construction and maintenance company, d. d., Maribor, as Director of Finance and Accounting, Since 2003 she is a freelance entrepreneur and a private lecturer at colleges and colleges and faculties in the field of finance, accounting and tax.
She participates and presents scientific and professional papers in the field of accounting, tax and business finance at various professional and scientific conferences. She has already published several independent books, manuals and scientific and professional articles. She is licensed as a member of the National Commission for National Proficiency Qualifications (Accountant). In 2002, she was recognized by the Business Research Agency as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in 2002.
